Virtual staging for listings
Vacant rooms, staged to sell.
I furnish empty listing photos with furniture that fits the room's real perspective and light. Walls, windows and floors stay exactly as they are, so buyers see the home they'll actually walk into.

Why it looks real
Staged by a 3D architectural artist
I've been building houses and interiors in 3D for builders and designers for over 15 years, and virtual staging is one of the services I offer alongside 3D renders at kgt.ro. Scale, perspective and light come first; the furniture follows the room.
- The room stays trueWindows, doors, floors and ceilings are kept as photographed. Only furniture and décor are added.
- Consistent across anglesWhen a room appears in several photos, the same sofa, rug and art appear in each.
- Clean-up includedBoxes, tools and builder leftovers are removed, like the terrace above.
- Ready for MLSOn request, each image also comes with a small "Virtually staged" label for your listing.
